Christmas Returns Policy:
Items ordered online between Monday 24th November 2025 and Thursday 25th December 2025 can be returned up to and including Monday 5th January 2026.

Christmas Delivery Deadline:
For all UK Christmas orders, please place your order by Tuesday 23rd December, 14:00 for guaranteed delivery. For the rest of the world, please place your order by Tuesday 16th December.

Returns

Christmas Returns Policy:

In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online between Monday 25th November 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024 can be returned up until, and including Sunday 5th January 2025.

We are happy to accept returns, store credit or exchanges on any unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. If you wish to make a return or are at all unhappy with the quality of your purchase, please get in contact at info@lorenz.store
